Can China Loong Metal Craft Co., Ltd's metal crafts be used outdoors?
Yes, we offer metal crafts that are suitable for outdoor use, treated specially to withstand weather changes and corrosion. Please inform us of your specific needs when purchasing so we can recommend products best suited for outdoor use.
Does your company accept bulk orders? Are there any discounts?
We accept bulk orders and offer discounts based on the size of the order. For large purchases, we recommend contacting our sales team directly for the best quotation and customized services.
Can ask for a sample? And How long will receive it?
A sample is available with us,and support to send the sample free but the freight cost paid for you . For normally products, the sample will be finished and delivered to you within two weeks by express. Special sample that need to negotiation.
What are the shipping and packaging methods for metal crafts?

What should I do if quality problems happen?
Please for sure ,our QC will check all goods when they ship.Anyway please take photo to us for confirm if products are destroyed by ship,then we will resend the new one for you.Finally we are happy to cooperation with you.
